I was browsing and saw this article on 10.545% CTR on Sponsored Posts! Well, this attracts me so I click on it to read the article. It is about people clicking on sponsored results. Apparently, PPP just concluded a study on the click through rates of sponsored posts and they mentioned that the results are amazing because on average, the sponsored posts deliver a 10.545% click through rate.
For me, I don’t have a lot of reaction. I love to read anything about PPP because PPP has become part of my life, I blog and get paid. I do read a lot of blog posting and articles. You can’t just assume that no one clicks through the sponsored post. I do. If I find the content interesting, I would click the sponsored post.
Sponsored posts are mostly written by blogger themselves. I seriously think theirs are interesting as they do relate back to what they have or have experienced before, eg their personal experience which I am very interested to read.
But I would understand if it’s always just the same person reading the sponsored posts. You would think who else reads sponsored posts and click on it. Well, you never know if someone new come upon your blog and find it interesting. I do that. If I find some blog that I am interested in, I keep going back to read.
